Cravings are a fact of life! We ALL crave certain foods at different times and we all have different triggers. Whether it be anxiety, guilt, boredom or any emotional response that triggers your cravings, the fact is there is an actual physiological response that happens making it hard to ignore.
The key to coping with cravings is to stop and listen to the signals your body is sending you before reaching for food. This is hard when many of your eating behaviours have been entrenched since childhood.
