Ingredients:
✓ 100 grams Baby Squid, cleaned
✓ 1 clove Garlic, minced
✓ 1 small Shallot, thinly sliced
✓ 1 small Roma Tomato, diced
✓ 1 Jalapeño Pepper, sliced
✓ 1 tbs White Vinegar
✓ 1 tsp Olive Oil
✓ 1 pc Dried Bay Leaf
✓ 1/4 cup (60 ml) Water
Method:
1. Heat 1 teaspoon olive oil in a pan.
2. Sautee garlic, shallots, tomatoes, and jalapeños until aromatic.
3. Add squid and sautee briefly.
4. Add 1 tablespoon white vinegar, ¼ cup water, and bay leaf.
5. Simmer on medium heat for 3-5 minutes.
6. Season with salt.
7. Serve with a 1/2 cup of brown rice.
