If you’ve ever seen a world class runner, they generally look relaxed and focused. They have trained a whole heap of kilometers to make their running performance the best it can be. But they also recognised that their WHOLE body is involved in running and so they will often work on other areas of their body such as their core and their arm carriage.
How you position and move your arms during your run can impact your performance more than you realise. Keeping relaxed and understanding ‘good’ technique will ensure that you are running as efficiently as possible.
In this video we cover:
- What to do with your hands while running
